How To Get Things Done – February 7th, 1 Day workshop in Dublin

Following on from the 1.5 hour session which we held in November I am really looking forward to delivering this one day workshop which explores the world of workflow and focus.

Time Management does not hack it

Not anymore – there is too much to do and too much coming at you. So we pull away from managing your hours (that’s a fixed number in a day) and move over to

a) coping with an information load by developing a workflow system to deal with it

b) using that gap to clearing your head and focusing on the stuff that actually matters

Mixing theory with some really practical work

Some of it is theory – taking the best of David Allens GTD system and throwing in more fromĀ  Steven Covey, Peter Drucker, Mark Forster and Sally McGhee.

The work is done by you – which means you get to explore the beginnings of developing your own interpretation of the system which will work for you. That is the best and most practical part of the day and the part which every participant finds really useful.
